If you experience any discomfort by starting the probiotics (abdominal cramping or loose stools due to changes in gut bacteria), temporarily decreasing the amount of the probiotics should eliminate uncomfortable symptoms. Increase usage amount gradually over 3 weeks up to the full amount, or according to your tolerance.
Note that as gut pathogens are crowded out, they produce toxins when they die which can result in feeling adverse symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, changes in stool, loose stools. This means MegaSpore is working, but if the symptoms are too uncomfortable, reduce or stop the product until your symptoms subside. Then start again slowly, as tolerated.
