Use
MegaSporeBiotic is very potent. For first time users, we HIGHLY recommend starting with less than the suggested amount listed on the bottle. Start slowly to help avoid any GI discomfort. Take with food or right after a meal.

Precautions
MegaSporeBiotic is generally well tolerated by most people. Be sure to follow the Safe Use Guide above and start with less than the amount on the label, especially if you’re a first time user. Increase usage amount gradually over 3 weeks up to the full amount, or according to your tolerance. If adverse symptoms occur, then reduce usage amount or stop taking the product until symptoms clear, then start again slowly, if well tolerated.
