With a combination of beginning and moderate level usage, products last approximately two months.
If you experience any discomfort by starting the products (fatigue, abdominal cramping or loose stools due to microbial die-off and toxin release), temporarily decreasing the amount of the products should eliminate uncomfortable symptoms, then start again slowly as tolerated.
Note: Taking G.I. Detox or Mega IgG2000 will mop up and absorb bacterial die-off toxins which will help you feel better and reduce potential negative symptoms from the products.
