Use
Ages 3+: Start with 3 capsules daily with or without a meal for one week, then increase to 6 capsules daily with or without a meal as tolerated, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Capsule may be opened and contents sprinkled onto food or drink to individualize your dosage.
Children under 3 years of age: Please consult with your healthcare practitioner.

Q: Should I take MegaSporeBiotic before I use MegaPre™? A: Yes. It’s generally recommended to use MegaSporeBiotic for at least one month prior to adding MegaPre. .
