Use
Adults: GI InnerCalm tastes great and is easy to use. Simply add 1 packet daily to 8 ounces (0.24 L) of hot or cold water and mix well. You can also add it to a shaker bottle or blend it into a smoothie.
Children:
Ages 2-5 years old: 1/2 teaspoon 1-2x daily
Ages 5-12 years old: 1 teaspoon 1-2x daily
Ages 12 and up: A full stick, 1-2x daily
