Shipping Policy

We offer several shipping methods so you can choose what works best for your needs. Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $99 or more. Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Idaho, Monday through Friday.

Most orders placed before noon (Mountain Time) ship the same business day, excluding weekends and holidays. In-stock items usually ship within 1 business day. Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages.

U.S. Shipping Options

Our fulfillment team selects the most efficient carrier based on your delivery address and the shipping option chosen at checkout.

Standard Shipping
Our most economical option. Standard delivery typically arrives 3–6 business days after shipment.
Expedited Shipping
A faster delivery option for those who want their order sooner. Expedited orders typically arrive 2–4 business days after shipment. The carrier is selected based on the fastest available delivery to your location.
UPS 2-Day Air®
Delivered within 2 business days after shipment via UPS. This option provides the most predictable delivery timeframe.

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has shipped. Carrier transit times are not guaranteed.

Canada Shipping Options

We ship select products to Canada. Availability is based on product type and Canadian import regulations and is enforced automatically at checkout based upon shipment destination.

Canada Standard Shipping
Orders shipping to Canada typically arrive 7-21 business days after shipment via USPS First Class International (or similar USPS service). Customs processing may affect delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking details may take up to 24 hours to appear while the carrier updates their system.

Product Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to mail forwarding companies, or shipping consolidators. Orders placed using these addresses may be canceled and refunded.

Some products have shipping restrictions based on destination (country) and regulatory requirements. Eligibility is enforced automatically at checkout based upon shipment destination.

Lost Packages

If you do not receive your package within 2 weeks of shipping, please contact us and we’ll make every attempt to locate your package. If the package is lost due to our error or shipper error, we’ll reship your products to you at no extra cost.

For lost packages caused by customer address errors, please see the Incorrect Shipping Address section below.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for lost packages that are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. While we’ll do our best to help if you contact us quickly, we cannot make address changes once an order has been processed and shipped.

If you provide incorrect or incomplete address information when placing your order and your package is lost, you may be charged the full cost for any re-shipped products plus the cost of shipping.

Shipping labels are generated using the address information you provide at checkout. Please take care to enter your complete and correct shipping address, including apartment, suite, or unit numbers.

Ship Forwarding

The use of a ship forwarding service or reshipping company is discouraged and may void our returns and lost package policies once the package is delivered to the forwarding service.

Orders shipping to a forwarding service may be placed on hold while we contact you to confirm how you’d like to proceed.

We can either cancel and refund your order or ship your order after you agree to waive the right to invoke our returns and lost package policies upon delivery at the forwarding service.
