Our Return Policy
Your satisfaction means everything to us. We stand by our products, and our family has personally tested every item we carry. If you decide you no longer want an unopened product, you can return it within 30 days. Details are below.

Returns
We accept returns for unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus original shipping fees. We cannot accept returns for opened or partially used items.
If you contact us after 30 days, refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion.

Return Instructions:
– Please contact us first for return instructions, as our return address may occasionally change.
– Unless the product is defective, customers are responsible for return shipping fees, package tracking, and safe delivery.
– Package items securely. Products must arrive in new, unopened condition to qualify for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment, typically within one week or less. We will email you once your return has been received and your refund has been issued.
Defective or Missing Items
If anything is wrong with your order, please contact us immediately so we can help.
Defective Items:
If something is wrong with your product, we’ll replace it at no cost or issue a refund.
We may request a photo of the packaging or product, or ask you to return the item.
Missing Items:
If something is missing from your package, please contact us right away so we can send a replacement.
Incorrect Items:
If you received the wrong item, we’ll gladly take it back and either issue a refund or send the correct item. Please let us know as soon as possible.
Return Shipping
1. Please contact us first to confirm as our return address may occasionally change.
2. Include your order number, name, address and phone in the return package.
3. Customers are responsible for using the correct address provided. We cannot issue refunds for packages sent to the wrong location.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please call us and email us as soon as possible.

If your order has already shipped, you may return or refuse the package.
Orders canceled after shipment are treated as returns under our policy.
Ship Forwarding Services
We discourage the use of ship-forwarding or reshipping companies.
Packages sent to these services often become lost, confiscated, or delayed, and therefore our returns and lost-package policies no longer apply once the package is delivered to the forwarding company.
Orders using a forwarding service may be placed on hold until we can reach you by phone or email.
You may cancel the order for a refund, or proceed after agreeing to waive return and lost-package protections once the package reaches the forwarder.
