Shipping Options and Delivery Times (U.S. Customers)
We offer several shipping methods so you can choose what works best for your needs. Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Idaho, Monday through Friday. In-stock items usually ship within 1 business day. Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.
Shipping Options for U.S. orders:
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $99 or more. Orders qualifying for free shipping will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage or a comparable service.
Please note: We do not ship to mail forwarding companies, or shipping consolidators. If an order is placed with one of these addresses, it may be canceled and refunded.

Why We’re Now Recommending UPS Ground Over USPS Priority
Over the past year, we’ve seen more delays and routing issues with USPS Priority Mail — and we’re not alone. Small businesses across the U.S. have reported packages getting stuck in transit, bouncing between sorting centers, or arriving days later than expected.
While USPS Priority Mail is still capable of fast delivery, recent trends show it’s becoming less predictable. UPS Ground, on the other hand, has proven to be more consistent and just as fast in many cases — especially for shorter distances or regions closer to UPS hubs.
That’s why we’ve added UPS Ground as an expedited shipping option and are now recommending it as the more reliable alternative for most customers. It’s typically delivered within 2–5 business days, with fewer delays and more detailed tracking — making it a better choice if timing and peace of mind are important to you.
Canadian Orders
If you live in Canada, we ship most Microbiome Labs products to Canada. We can not ship Biocidin Botanicals products to Canada. Note that Mega IgG2000 cannot be shipped to Canada due to Health Canada restrictions on all IgG products. All prices on our website are in USD. Click here to access our Canadian product listing.
Biocidin Botanicals Products
Direct From Our Warehouse
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Idaho, but some orders may ship directly from the manufacturer, Biocidin Botanicals, in California.
USA Shipping Only
Biocidin Botanicals products cannot be shipped outside the United States. If you are ordering from outside the United States, or if you are using a VPN address outside the U.S., then the shopping cart will prevent any Biocidin Botanicals products from being added.
Overnight Shipping
Overnight shipping via UPS Next Day Air is an option, but averages $50 – $70 in the United States. Please contact us and include your shipping address, if your address is commercial or residential, and we’ll get a shipping quote to you for overnight shipping. Note that the process of getting a quote for overnight shipping usually delays your ship date by one day. Orders must be placed before 1pm PST to ship the same day.
Microbiome Labs Products

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Idaho, but some orders may ship directly from the manufacturer, Microbiome Labs, from their Arizona warehouse.
Overnight Shipping (USA only)
Overnight shipping via UPS Next Day Air is an option, but averages $40 – $50 in the United States. Please contact us and include your shipping address, if your address is commercial or residential, and we’ll get a shipping quote to you for overnight shipping. Note that the process of getting a quote for overnight shipping usually delays your ship date by one day. Orders must be placed before 11 am MST to ship the same day.
Canadian Microbiome Labs Orders
Most Microbiome Labs products can be shipped to Canada except for Mega IgG 2000 and Mega Mucosa, which cannot be shipped to Canada.
USPS Ground or First Class Mail International
Typically arrives within 1 – 2 weeks after your order ships.
Duties and Taxes
USPS international shipments to Canada build in duties and taxes as part of the shipping fee, so these fees are declared and paid for up front before shipment. Rarely, packages may be inspected, possibly resulting in a 5% duties fee that will be charged to the customer receiving the package.
USA Shipping Addresses
If you live in Canada near the U.S. border and have a delivery address inside the United States, we can ship all of our products to a US address, including Mega IgG2000 and Mega Mucosa. If you use a browser with VPN, or VPN service, be sure to set it to use a USA location (using a United States located IP address) so products available in the USA will be visible to you.

Lost Packages
If you do not receive your package within 2 weeks of shipping, please contact us here and we’ll make every attempt to locate your package. If the package is lost due to our error or shipper error, we’ll reship your products to you at no extra cost. In the case of lost packages due to customer error, see the incorrect shipping address section below.
Incorrect Shipping Address
The Company is not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make address corrections to your package.
Shipping labels are generated from the information you provide us. If you provide incorrect or incomplete address information when placing your order (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is lost you will be charged the full cost for any re-shipped products plus the cost of shipping. PLEASE TAKE CARE TO INCLUDE YOUR CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS.
Ship Forwarding
The use of a ship forwarding service or reshipping company is discouraged and will void our returns and lost package policies upon delivery at the reshipping company. We’ve had problems with lost packages and packages being seized or confiscated by customs when shipping overseas or when using reshipping services or ship forwarding companies.
Orders shipping to a ship forwarding company or service will be placed on hold and we will attempt to contact you via phone and/or email. We can either cancel and refund your order or ship your order after you agree to waive the right to invoke our returns and lost package policies upon delivery at the reshipping company.
