Items must be new and unopened to be eligible for return. For Biocidin Botanicals products, refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. For MicroBiome Labs products (MegaSporeBiotic and RestorFlora), the products must be returned within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. Before returning items, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting us. Returns MUST be shipped to the correct address to apply for a full refund.
